I am delighted to welcome you to the Haresfield C of E Primary School’s website. We are a village primary school of just over 100 children set right in the heart of Haresfield village. I am extremely proud to be the headteacher of our School, we are very fortunate to have a team of creative and dedicated teachers, teaching assistants, governors and support staff who have the highest expectations of our children. We call our school community ‘our school family’; we place a high priority on the quality of relationships, building trust between staff, children, parents and governors, so enabling the children to feel safe to take risks with their learning and facilitating valuable dialogue between school and home.
At our school we aim to provide children with a happy, secure and stimulating learning experience underpinned by our caring Christian ethos. As a ‘Rights Respecting School’ we firmly believe children have the right to be respected and the responsibility to show respect to others and to learn how to respect our world, the people, animals and places in it.
We believe firmly that the broad and balanced opportunities planned into our curriculum will ensure that your child will leave Haresfield school with not only the highest possible academic, social and physical standards, ready for the next stage of their education, but also with memories which will last a lifetime.
As the headteacher I will strive to provide an outstanding education for our children, I think they are incredible individuals and they deserve the very best. We hope that you enjoy your visit to our website, and that you find any information you are looking for. If you would like to visit the school we would be very happy to show you around. Please feel free to contact the school directly with any queries you may have.
